Our 14-Day Returns Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase. But if you would like to submit a refund or return, here’s what you need to know:

✅ 1. 14 Day Returns Window

You have a right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, as long as it meets our eligibility criteria below. Just let us know in writing (email or contact form) and we’ll guide you through the process.

📦 2. Items Must Be Returned Unused

To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused and in a re-saleable condition. You may handle items to inspect them, but if returned in a condition beyond what’s necessary, we may refuse or reduce your refund.

Return must be made within 14 days of cancellation notice

Items must be returned with any original packaging

🚫 3. What Can’t Be Returned?

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety or legal reasons, including:

Unsealed, health, hygiene, or beauty products (e.g. skincare, supplements)

Perishable or beyond best before date food & drink items

Mystery boxes/bags, Penny Specials and Free On Us products.

💸 4. Refund Details

Once we receive your return into our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days.

We require all returns to have a complete returns form enclosed, clearly stating your order number and item inventory.

Refunds include the item price and standard delivery cost if applicable – but not premium shipping services.

📬 5. Return Costs

You are responsible for return postage unless:

The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described

We have agreed in writing to cover return costs

We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

💼 6. Business Customers (B2B Orders)

If you’re buying on behalf of a business:

You do not have a statutory right to cancel or return.
Returns are accepted only with prior authorisation.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

You are responsible for return shipping unless we sent faulty or incorrect goods.

🛠️ 7. Received a Faulty or Incorrect Item?

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
We may ask for a photo or description of the issue, and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

⚖️ 8. Your Rights

This policy follows UK consumer laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
It does not affect your statutory rights.
